I promoted to Lieutenant in January 2024. I was asssigned to Detention as the A-Team daywatch Lieutenant. I successfully completed my training phase and have taken on several improvement projects. I am currently in charge of and manage between 60-100 employees commissioned and civilian at any given time.

During my assignment in training and Compliance I was assigned as FTO coordinator. Some of my job duties during that time I was tasked with organizing and instructing a 5 week patrol academy, scheduling trainees and assigning FTO's completing phase board interview and maintaining any trainee documents including but not limited too reading and signing Daily Observation Reports, reviewing Trainee reports and phase progression. Communicating with patrol and detention command staff, and line supervisors on trainee progression. Direct involvement with executive staff on Sheriff' 'Office annual training (CET)to fit the needs of the office and the vision of the sheriff.
