Provide updates to nursing leadership on various informatics projects
Working with nursing on enhancing Epic applications to meet the standards of nursing practice
Facilitated and guided Nursing Informatics Council, Informatics Infusion Subgroup, and the Lab/Nursing Subgroup to standardize nursing practices and processes
Monitored and managed enhancement requests for nursing from initial request to completion
Participate in nursing projects providing consultative services to help direct the project to completion.

Working closely with Researchers and Data Scientists as a project leader managing the process of defining data points from clinical systems that are used in the development of algorithms automating data population for various disease and cancer registries
Chairing Nursing and Patient Care Services Work Team to optimize the build and reinforce workflows within Epic
Work directly with clinicians on various workflow and enhancement needs with Epic
Lead an enterprise-wide implementation of voice recognition software for providers and ancillary staff to use at City of Hope implementing it with the legacy and current electronic medical record systems.
