I made all different kinds of salads.I built all different kinds of spuds.kept everything stocked up and made sure potatoes were always in oven.Made bacon when I came in to start shift for salads and spuds.

• I washed all the restaurant dishes.Washed all kitchen dishes.Washed all catering dishes that were brought in from caterings.Mopped and swept my area and took out the trash.

Put product on scale to be prepared to be taken back to loadout.Kept all the product seperate from the ones that were ready to be brought to the scale.Kept all product rotating so it wouldn't get mixed up with ready product.

I opened up the restaurant and made sure everything was ready so we could open.Then I'd prep the kitchen for lunch.Cook lunch and supper.Clean kitchen at the end of the night.

Built pallet orders for diferent contracts.Campbell Soup,Kimberly Clark and Ocean Spray ond others.Opened up product so people could put it in displays.Sometimes i would work at the end and stack it on pallet.

I ran an area where I was responsible for pulling neck bones off the line and were thrown into a crusher.They were then sent to a machine that separated the meat from the bone.Then that machine sent it to another machine that made ground beef.

I was in charge of all the week end cooking.Served breakfast to clients.served lunch to program membere and familiesThen I served Dinner to the clients.On Sunday I served Lunch to whoever went to church.My most enjoyable day of the week..Served the public on Thanksgiving.
