Chad Terwilliger

I am currently a salesman of all agricultural products including Anhydrous Ammonia, dry Fertilizer, and seed. My job also requires me to work closely with our farmers helping them make the best decisions for their operations to optimize yields and income. I am also the personnel manager for our location overseeing 12 employees and also assisting in managing operations.

I owned and operated my trucking business for 23 years. The first 17 years I worked on highway construction projects and job site projects operating a semi tractor and dump trailer to haul rock sand dirt and asphalt. When I wasn’t busy with construction season I hauled road salt grain and fertilizer. The last 6 years of owning my business I drove cross country pulling a box van and hauling a wide variety of different products. I also maintained all equipment myself and handled all the billing and book keeping.

My position required me to maintain Illinois State Highways. Some of the tasks included snow removal, brush trimming and chipping, pothole repair, traffic control, and equipment and grounds maintenance
