Assess termite damage claims to decide

what is covered under the customers warranty, and to determine related versus unrelated damage.

If coverage is afforded, one of my roles is to review contractor estimates to verify like, kind, and quality. Sometimes this is completed by reviewing photos of damage, and often times a physical inspection is required.

Make payments to customers and/or contractors once repairs are completed.

Manage and schedule daily inspections for our 20 field professionals and installers. Support the field professionals in getting their daily customers served.

Installed various types of fountain machines at businesses, schools, and convenient stores.

Load and unload trucks using a forklift and organizing warehouse in a timely manner.
