As the owner of the company, I overseen all aspects of the business, including operations, fiance, customer relations, employee management, compliance, and long term strategic planning. This role ensures the company delivers high-quality plumbing services while maintaining profitability, safety, and strong customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

1. Leadership & Management

~ Provide overall vision, direction, and leadership for company operations.

~ Manage and mentor staff, including plumbers, apprentices, office personnel, and supervisors.

~ Foster a positive company culture focused on quality, safety, and customer service.

~ Conduct performance evaluations and maintain a positive team culture.

2. Operations Oversight

~ Supervised daily service operations, installations, repairs, and emergency calls.

~ Ensure jobs are completed efficiently, safely, and to code.

~ Implement standard operating procedures and workflow systems.

~ Oversee inventory management, equipment maintenance, and fleet operations.

3. Customer Relations & Service Quality

~Address escalated customer concerns and ensure high customer satisfaction.

~Review project feedback and implement service improvements.

4. Business Development & Marketing

~ Build and maintain relationships with customers, contractors, vendors, and partners.

~ Develop marketing strategies and oversee advertising, branding, and online presence.

~ Identify new market opportunities and expand service offerings.

5. Compliance & Licensing

~ Ensure all company operations comply with local, state, and federal regulations.

~ Maintain proper business licenses, plumbing certifications and insurance.

6. Qualifications

~ Proven experience in plumbing.

~ Strong business management, leadership, and communication skills.

~ Knowledge of plumbing systems, and safety procedures.

~ Financial literacy, including budgeting, and job costing.

~ Ability to mange multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
