- Sat on the Judicial Security active shooter committee. Planned, implemented and participated in the multivalency active shooter drill within the Pima County Superior Court.
- Planned and organized the Sheriffs Department response to various disturbances in and around Pima County Superior Court. To include 1997 NCAA basketball championship and resulting celebration/riot.
- Reduced the Use of Force occurrences in the Administrative Segregation Unit by 48 percent in one year.
- Was the Medical Services Commander during the Covid response. working with the Pima County Health Department and the medical contractor at the Jail, Planned organized and determined the response. Created a level system to prevent the spread and isolate the occurrence's within the facility. The plan was shared as a model to various Corrections Facilities across the nation.
