Chamelle Lewis

-Safety Patrols: Conduct regular patrols of school grounds and monitoring for any suspicious activities, individuals, and safety hazards.

-Safety Procedures: Enforcing school safety policies and procedures

-Conflict Resolution- Intervene in conflicts or disputes among students, and employ de-escalation techniques to resolve issues peacefully and prevent escalation.

-Collaboration- collaborate with school administrators, teachers, counselors, and other staff members to address safety concerns and to develop safety plans.

-Communicate- Maintaining open communication with school administrators, staff, students, parents, and School Resource Officers.

Documenting- Maintaining accurate records of incidents and preparing reports for Safety Department, administrators, and law enforcement.

• In charge of our feeder school spring league that currently consists of 4 teams
• Overseeing spring league coaches
• Organized spring league tournament that consisted of 60+ teams
• Organized Lil' Coyotes the past 4 years
• Assisted the Head Coach in planning, organizing, and conducting practices for the varsity volleyball team, focusing on skill development, strategy, and teamwork
• Provided individualized coaching and feedback to players to help them improve their technique, decision-making, and overall performance.
• Collaborated with the Head Coach to develop game strategies, scout opponents, and analyze game film to prepare the team for competitions.
• Supported the Head Coach in promoting a positive and inclusive team culture that emphasized sportsmanship, teamwork, and respect for others.
• Served as a mentor and role model for student-athletes
• Enforced team rules, policies, and standards of conduct in accordance with school and athletic department guidelines.
