As a lab technician, I'm tasked with collecting samples and testing them to verify the final product meets the requirements to ship to customers. I work closely with our plant engineers to collect and supply them with the data they need to accurately diagnose any underlying issues that may be present in the final product. As of now, I am fully trained and signed off for cleaving samples into specific dimensions to fit in our machines. I am fully trained and signed off on cleaning those samples in various acid dips such as hydrofluoric acid/potassium hydroxide acid strips, SC1 mixture, and a hydrochloric acid mixture. I am fully trained and signed off on our anneal process. This involves examining the structure of the material in order to find the proper recipe to load product into our quartz furnace. I am finally fully trained and signed off on using our evaporator machine, which applies 500 angstroms to 5000 angstroms of aluminum or titanium to our sample, which then later goes to the photolithography station. I will soon be learning ICPMS. I have completed a lot in a very short time, which shows that I learn very fast and retain the knowledge, as our training system is very in-depth, and you will not pass without knowing everything there is to know in a given module.

I am Lead and Trainer for the polishing department. My job as lead is to run and manage polishing machines. My duty is to monitor machines and report data on silicon wafers that get polished. I also study that data and adjust the machines accordingly to create specific dimensions in the silicon wafer(average wafer thickness, and looking for high and low spots are a few examples). I am also incharge of the solutions area as well as the HF stripping area. I combine specific solutions to make different slurrys/wax for the polishing machines. The HF stripping area is meant to clean the silicon wafers off before the polishing process.

In charge of important documents that needed to be submitted every morning. I ran registers and helped other employees. Main duty was to help the Manager with their specific dutys such as making a order for food and drinks, collecting orders from our vendors, maintaining a clean and organized environment
