2909 Closed Defect Tracking
- Tracking the number of defects closed each day at every rework gate from November 2023-Present.
- Data collecting unveils reworker’s habits and displays which reworkers had a higher/lower performance compared to the average defects closed at each gate.
- This gives 2909 the ability to run trials to see which reworkers display superior performance at each gate over a set time frame.
- 2909 will have the ability to communicate with each zone in assembly and gain better insight of ongoing issues in their area.
- A Power BI is being created for live closed defect tracking at each gate to provide clarity during each minute of the shift.
