The son of a famed architect and draftsman, my father raised me on the principles of discipline, merit, reliability, and honor. I pride myself on such attributes, and meet every task with the same motivation, regardless of size or scale. Flexibility and adaptability are integral in the fast paced tech oriented world we work in today, and my varied employment reflects such sentiment. I orient myself around those who seek higher than where they stand now, and refuse to settle for average; as that is the easy road and the one more traveled. My experiences in architecture, drafting, and working on production lines / floors garnered the technical aptitude required for such jobs; and my current tenure as a supervisor in the correctional system has allowed my interpersonal skills with both subordinates and incarcerated individuals to grow and flourish. Organization and efficiency are tantamount to a job well executed. It is with those two characteristics in mind I instruct those that work under and around me to complete the task correctly the first time, regardless of time or cost sunk, rather than create costly errors.
