  • Responsible for ensuring the schedule is complete to fulfill contracted services and will cover shifts as necessary to ensure completion while minimizing overtime.
  • Responsible for recommending and issuing disciplinary action for personnel in violation of the Signal Standard Operating Procedures; furthermore, providing positive recognition for personnel going above and beyond Signal expectations.
  • Communicate with the Coordinator in the Weekly Coordinator Meeting to review the weekly scorecard, route reviews, operational priorities, and all client-related issues.
