Responsible for recommending and issuing disciplinary action for personnel in violation of the Signal Standard Operating Procedures; furthermore, providing positive recognition for personnel going above and beyond Signal expectations.
Communicate with the Coordinator in the Weekly Coordinator Meeting to review the weekly scorecard, route reviews, operational priorities, and all client-related issues.
