Inputting of complaints into Cervis and AS/400 system; attends Adjudication Hearings presenting case facts upon request; arranges dates, times and location of hearing; schedule cases for Adjudication hearings and prepares necessary dockets for Adjudication Hearing Officer; coordinates property maintenance inspectors work schedules with hearings; reviews Adjudication Hearing orders when received comparing with inspectors reports for compliance; prepares and submits advertisements for publication in local papers; notifies inspectors to post notices of hearings on properties 10 days before scheduled hearing date; composes, prepares and types correspondence, memos, for inspectors and Property Maintenance Div. mgr; prepares certified mailings; prepare daily and monthly reports; inputs abstracting information into the Cervis System; scan documents into the computer system; this position will work independently of the other clerical support personnel; will work with little or no supervision performing the work assigned. Assist with other clerical duties such as copying, faxing, filing and MTS radio dispatches to inspectors.
Performs case management for participants including determining client’s eligibility for federally funded program services, providing employment recruitment, test assessment and job development services. Assesses clients job interests and aptitudes, assist clients in developing personal and career goals, refers clients to a job or educational/vocational training, and enters and retrieves data from a computerized database. Communicates with departmental staff, service providers, and employers in order to obtain, document, coordinate, verify information, and/or deliver services for the purpose of assisting individuals and inclusion into the individuals case management record.
Executed customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and cashier checks. Organized, stocked and maintained the teller window area. Coordinated daily cash reconciliation at a high-volume location. Scheduling of employee’s daily shifts and lunch breaks.
