US Army, Bhagdad, Iraq, Start Date, Finish Date, In my role within the Task Force Iraq Collection Management Cell, I took initiative by developing and distributing the Task Force Iraq Sync Matrix to more than 300 coalition members in various commands daily. This matrix contained crucial information on CJTF-OIR operations, TF-I's daily theatre, RPA, and TUAS allocation, totaling over 80,000 hours across 7,500 ISR missions., I successfully disseminated ISR knowledge within Task Force Iraq's J2, serving as the Intelligence Community manager for Support to Military operations cell. By conducting monthly ISR briefings, I equipped the TF-J2 cell with asset capabilities and PEI organization information, enabling them to request I and PED effectively to meet intelligence mission requirements. Additionally, I crafted a comprehensive collection plan supporting Union II force protection efforts during the 2019 Baghdad Protests. This plan integrated multiple Task Force ISR assets, Intelligence tactical controller guidance, and ISR tasking to ensure timely notifications to the Baghdad Embassy compounds in case of escalating protests in the Green Zone., I directly oversaw the management of 10 TUAS sites, totaling 26 TUAS lines and over 40,000 hours. Monitoring logistical needs, flight hours, and addressing emerging issues, I facilitated the operational efficiency of two subordinate task forces, allowing them to focus on target development, operational support, and battlefield intelligence preparation countrywide.
