- Quality Assurance monitoring eleven residential homes for individuals with I/DD. Ensuring programs are implementing the OAR's.
- Representing NWMH in all state licensing for the eleven residential programs. Completing Plan of Care reports and follow-up from the licensing review.
- Training current employee's including New hires DSP, Program Managers, Agency trainer on Abuse Policy, BBP, Medication Administration, Individuals, ISP's.
- Developing, Implementing and training on Individuals ISP's.
- Participating with partnering agency within our county to best support individuals with I/DD.
- Responsible for carrying Executive Director's phone six months out of the year. Receiving emergency calls for all 43 consumers, employee issues, reports of abuse and neglect.
- Participating in employee discipline and termination.
- Completing personal investigations.
