  • Quality Assurance monitoring eleven residential homes for individuals with I/DD. Ensuring programs are implementing the OAR's.
  • Representing NWMH in all state licensing for the eleven residential programs. Completing Plan of Care reports and follow-up from the licensing review.
  • Training current employee's including New hires DSP, Program Managers, Agency trainer on Abuse Policy, BBP, Medication Administration, Individuals, ISP's.
  • Developing, Implementing and training on Individuals ISP's.
  • Participating with partnering agency within our county to best support individuals with I/DD.
  • Responsible for carrying Executive Director's phone six months out of the year. Receiving emergency calls for all 43 consumers, employee issues, reports of abuse and neglect.
  • Participating in employee discipline and termination.
  • Completing personal investigations.
