Managed 50 employees in the manufacturing of a proprietary wood fiber/concrete sandwich panels used as highway sound barriers. Increased production from 28 panels a day to 38 panels a day. Responsible for all operations including the wood fiber concrete as well as the operation of a volumetric concrete mixer.

Provide engineering inspections for Owners and select General Contractors to ensure materials, methods and installation adhered to plans and specifications.
