Private Investigator Currently operating under my name as a sole proprietor. In addition to Corporate and Domestic Issue investigation assignments accepted from repeat clients and their referrals, I consult/subcontract with licensed private investigators conducting interviews and providing operational support and advice. On that subject, I will be teaching Continuing Education Certification Training on the subject of Investigative Interviews at The 2022 Alabama Private Investigator Association Conference.

Contracted with Corporations, Third Party Administrators, and Law Firms, conducting video surveillance and ancillary investigation of Worker's Compensation Claimants.

An effective work product for my client base afforded me the opportunity to expand my scope of work offered to include

>Investigation of Fraud, Theft, Harassment, Acquisition Due Diligence, Workplace Violence,Drug Activity, Missing Persons, Wrongful Death and Domestic Matters.

American Governmental, Civilian, Institutional, and Industrial response to the Terror attacks of 2001 created a need for

>Focused Security Vulnerability Assessment of our Infrastructure.

2002-2004

UTILITIES SECURITY GROUP, LLC, Managing Member

> Recruited and supervised Investigators with Military, FBI, and Secret Service Backgrounds, while obtaining > Vulnerability Assessment Certification from The American Water Works Association, The American Petroleum Institute, and The Environmental Protection Agency,

> Directed Security Vulnerability Assessments of Public and Private Utility Facilities, Ports, and Refineries. The Public Utility SVA's were submitted to, approved, and funded by the US Government. USG, LLC and Investigation Services, LLC operated concurrently 2002-2004. USG, LLC was voluntarily dissolved in 2004..

2003-2005

SECURITY MANAGEMENT SOLUTIONS, LLC Managing Member.

SMS was formed to apply the Department of Homeland Security Weapons of Mass Destruction Security Vulnerability Assessment Methodology to American College Sport Venues and likely affected areas. Managing the Assessment involved

>Recruitment and Supervision of Professional Investigators with Military and Federal Law Enforcement Backgrounds,

>Organizing and Supervising Investigational and Planning Meetings of First Responders, Medical Facility Personnel, Health Departments, Local Industrial Leaders, University Officials, Students, Faculty, Local Public Officials and DHS Compliance Officials. Assessments were approved and funded by The Department of Homeland Security.

> Directed 6 Week-Long Covert Operations Documenting Pre-game and Game-day Security Short-Falls at American University Football Stadiums.

In 2005, THe DHS began providing these assessments to US Universities employing this methodology conducted by DHS Personnel. SMS was voluntarily dissolved in 2005.

Investigation Services, LLC Operated under my management until 2003 when the business was sold to an employee. The last fifteen years under my ownership, company offices were maintained in Mountain Brook Office Park.

Prior to 1993,

Owned and Operated businesses not related to the Investigation and Security Industry such as a Manufacturer's Representative, Franchisor of Fitness Centers that I founded, and Building Contractor.
