• The line consists of two SIMATIC HMI
• Three mills and about five (ABB) industrial robots doing the jobs
• Troubleshot technical issues, implementing solutions to maintain a smooth production process.
• Participated in root cause analysis efforts on process-related issues, offering expertise to identify solutions quickly and effectively.

Help create and finalize the parts we are creating for Ford

• At Champion laboratory we build car filters
• As a pleater operator I used a hi-lo to load the machine with paper and steel, then measure it too spec, then began to run the machine
• After that I stack parts, and remeasure in the computer
• Also for every roll change too
• Also I was maintenance and troubleshooting this machine because no one in our plant was trained for it

• Move, inspect and park vehicle

• Build door panels for fords, jeeps and Durangos
