  • Implement proficiencies when transitioning into the Stop Load system of FTL logistics, such as automated flight boards to track individual outbound staff members on the current load
  • Used Power BI for data visualization to craft a weekly warehouse metric chart measuring the outbound team’s average pick and error rate. In three months, the pick rate went up 23%, and the error rate dropped by 3%
  • For stores that had higher credited items that were damaged or missing, creating a list that automatically highlighted said stores to ensure they were audited by Shift Leads. This tool helped drop our error rates and ensure the Michigan SCC was one of the top 5 of 31 supply chain centers in all of Domino’s
  • Report safety hazards in the facility and report to the manager immediately before an accident transpires. Participated in the monthly safety meeting by constructing a PowerPoint presentation on what needed to be improved going forward. Update the SDS sheets every six months in compliance with modern standards. Finally doing total quality management around the facility by following the Six Sigma methodology
  • Tutor managers and customer service representatives on how to build load maps for trucks with SAP, improving route optimization and freight planning
  • Help in the procurement and material management of items ordered by franchisees to be loaded and shipped by transportation. Both for production and outbound shipping

  • Collaborated with a group of associates on loading up a truck. Taking the roles of scanning and/or stacking depending on the number of staff members provided for the shift and meeting the pace of the inventory coming off the belt
  • Trained new employees in loading methods and safety techniques. This was to help prevent teammates from being overwhelmed by said tasks and to rapidly meet the standard that UPS strives for in their employees
  • Alert damaged, misplaced, or hazardous items to the supervisor immediately, contributing to inventory accuracy and risk reduction. Mostly in ensuring items were not under the IATA’s dangerous goods regulations
