Charles Kelly

Big Sky,MT

Summary

I came out to Big Sky after college because I wasn't quite ready to enter the workforce. I needed time for personal development, growth, and of course fun. Recently, I've had the privilege to reflect on how much I've grown, and matured as an adult. While seasonal work has been extremely fun, part of my growth was realizing I want more from life than fun. I want to be a part of something bigger than just my day to day, I want projects and jobs that provide a fulfilling feeling when completed. I also want to work to support and start a family. In short, I've lived in paradise, and had fun for the past 3 years. Many folks would ask "why leave" and the answer is that I want more from my life than fun, I want challenges, and fulfilling work, and something more than just fun can provide.
