  • Provide supervision, care and correctional treatment of inmates and guidance to lower-graded Correctional Officers.
  • -Correctional Training Officer –Trainer, Coach, and Mentor for 100 new Correctional Workers throughout their probationary year.
  • -Battle Buddy Coordinator - Veteran mentor. Coordinated 6 Veteran Retreats that provided benefit and resources to 85 Veterans.
  • -Union Steward - AFGE, CPL 33, Local 1680. Represent Collective Bargaining staff, participated in labor-management relations matters, member recruitment, and to promote effective union.
