The Worthington Industries plant in Monroe, Ohio is a steel processing plant that prides itself on being the "makers of better" and putting people first. Starting I was tasked with painting and basic maintenance tasks, but was then moved to a position where I packaged, labeled, and got processed steel ready for departure. I was also quality trained to ensure the customer received the quality we promised. This was a fast-paced environment that required time management and teamwork to complete the tasks with a focus on the safety of myself and others.

Rock Quest is an indoor climbing center that holds a variety of different climbing events throughout the year including summer camps. Summer camps require teamwork between the counselors to create a fun and safe environment for the summer camp kids to enjoy and learn about climbing. Counselors were tasked with creating and executing the itinerary for the camp along with creating a safe and fun environment for the campers.

Cherry Street café is a small restaurant that requires its employees to manage multiple responsibilities throughout the day. Customer service is a driving priority at Cherry Street café that requires the balance of the back-of-house duties, prepping for the next customer rush, and balancing the needs of the restaurant patrons to provide the best experience possible.
