Summary

Intelligence Specialist 3924 (NEC) and Enlisted Aviation Warfare Specialist (EAWS) certified, trained and performed duties of an All-Source Analyst. Additional experience in Enhanced Analysis Interrogation Analysis, (E.A.I.T.) certified as an All-Source Analyst, Collection Management, analysis, production, training, intelligence briefing, in-depth knowledge of Global War on Terrorism, analyze and identify intelligence gap's ability to support planning of CI/HUMINT operations, force protection and threat analysis. Write and finalize intelligence product assessments, i.e., Request for Information (RFI) and threat reports. Extremely knowledgeable on terrorist organizations, tactics, techniques and funding systems within a deployable area of operation (AO). The ability to determine and execute the proper actions on incoming and outgoing classified documents including classifications/declassification, downgrading, redacting, safeguarding, access, disposition reproduction, accountability, dissemination, retention and destruction. Additionally, developed coordinated and presented intelligence assessments on the Afghan National Security Force (ANSF) during meetings for service level agreements for area and security dominance. Collaborate with US national level agencies, in theater intelligence elements and coalition intelligence partners to enhance information sharing, quality of assessments and knowledge of the threat in the war zone area. With these tactics in place which created a team management concept of a customer military support. Much of this coordination with the US military and the ANSF came through consulting and negotiating with both the ANSF and the US Intelligence agencies. Last, collected, collated and analyzed the elements of the ANSF information on the “Green on Blue” incidents and reported on the Ministry of Defense (MoD) and the Ministry of Interior (MoI) intelligence reports on the Afghan National Army (ANA). During my tenure I had tremendous industry knowledge to help the flow of information succuss to a promising result. This was a brought about by a “team management” concept with military customer support and managing the project with the concept of ending the war in Afghanistan.

  • Promoted 08/2021 as the sole Pentagon Staff Officer for Director of Intelligence (DI) Executive Support Organization (DI/ESO-EPD4). Position requires to manage a staff of 50 of all administrative and briefing requirements for the Department of Defense (DoD). These required duties included, but not limited, as the Security Officer to check and monitor all clearances who enters the DI-ESO SCIF (Sensitive Compartmented Security Facility), manage all supplies to be distributed to new and current staff members, additionally, required to keep track of all funding. This funding is monitored as all staff members who are being deployed or assigned to temporary duty (TDY).
  • Position and Title: Information Release Specialist for the Freedom of Information Act.
  • Maintained this position for thirteen years when first hired with DIA, which I was recruited from Guantanamo Bay Cuba. Reviewed FOIA/PA/MDR requests for the release of information from DIA records obtained from Agency Information of various records.
