Charles Poling

I have been in the construction field for going on 13 years now. Most of my experience has been with rough framing for about 8 years until I decided 5 years ago to move up and start running jobs as a Construction Superintendent. I have a wide range of knowledge and ability to understand what it takes to do my job efficiently, effectively, and professionally. Over the past 5 years I have grown into a superintendent role which includes tasks such as scheduling sub-contractors, maintaining on site activities, updating schedules, following blueprints, and working side by side with the owners, architects, and engineers of each project to ensure the satisfaction of the project is at a high standard. I proactively follow each step of the construction process that it takes from the time of a pre-construction meeting until the time a project is closed out. To also increase my value and knowledge I am currently one and a half semesters in college to earn an Associates Degree in the Science of Construction Technology. Once completed with this Associates Degree, I plan to go further to earn a Bachelor's Degree in a business management. I am currently completing this degree online so I am able to continue working full time with no issues as well.
