Summary

I have learned many aspects of the patient experience during my time working at a pain management center at both the clinical and surgical centers. But while working at three levels worth of responsibilities, I've learned greatly while working with at Work Health Solutions. I've be ecstatically grateful during my time working for this company with the opportunity that the company has provided me. Along with being able to apply my skills and knowledge on how to deal with urgent deadlines, deescalate situations that may arise on rare occasions, implement my ability to lead my teams to do better and to provide a positive outlook on the company I work for with our contracted sites.

  • During my time working at Mobile-Med Work Health Solutions I’ve been granted the opportunities to travel to urgent positions needing to be temporarily filled working as a covid swabber, covid compliance officer and working on the covid strike team in Los Angeles.
  • I’ve traveled for this company to locations such as San Francisco, San Jose, Mariposa County, Boston and others, filling in for coverage needed or helping launch sites. I've fostered relationships with new contracted test sites to promote positive working relationships for the company.
  • My duties during my time working for this company has evolved and I have been given the opportunity to take on more responsibility as I have been promoted from a covid swabber to site lead at the Delhi CDPH site, to now working as a project manager for two CDPH sites and the DSH site in Atascadero.

  • I worked in a surgery center for the first year of my employment performing pre-op and post-op for the patients and autoclaving as well
  • I helped patients relax before getting their injections and assisted the nurses if needed
  • I was also invited to be the pre-op and post-op medical assistant when my co-workers would go to Coalinga state mental hospital, and we would perform surgical injections there.
  • During my second year of employment, I was offered to be transferred to work at the pain management clinics to schedule surgery injection appointments and eventually was offered to schedule other appointments such as Electromyography tests, Epidermal nerve fiber density tests, mental/behavioral health, and metabolic appointments.
  • Scheduled patient appointments in respective doctors' calendars and followed up with reminder phone calls.
  • Answered telephone calls to offer office information, answer questions and direct calls to staff.
  • Greeted visitors and initiated triage processes for clients to streamline patient flow.
