I believe that my first full year as Branch Director has been a success. I have managed to change the office culture to a positive outlook. Attrition in 2023 was way down from 2022, this was accomplished by taking away standby days for the inspectors and giving everyone in the office a better work / life balance. We managed to increase production this year marginally. We were also able to cut personnel cost by reducing overtime charges. We were able to cut laboratory expenses by keeping a better tab on what was being ordered, by looking for the best price, and also by keeping vendors accountable for their charges. We had a 1,182 k turnaround from the prior year. We have projected a renewed presence on the channel that has been noticed by multiple customers. This has been reflected in our increasing workflow and revenue. I can only take credit for putting together a team that cares, as getting that result was a team effort.

* Established and managed quality control program covering laboratory activities.
*Supervised cleaning and maintenance of laboratory equipment to prevent errors and breakdowns.
*Maintained detailed records and completed regular reports for
operations, accounting and human resources needs.
*Defined priorities, delegated tasks and planned workflow for laboratory personnel.
