Miguel Everett

Baseball has been more than just a game for me- it's been a lifelong teacher. My experiences as a player and coach have shaped who I am today, instilling in me the values of hard work, leadership, discipline, and team work. Coaching has taught me how to lead with a purpose, communicate effectively, and bring the best out of others- qualities I apply daily in every area of my life. I'm a people-first individual who thrives on building relationships, encouraging growth, and creating a positive and supportive environment wherever I go. Whether on the field or off, I take pride in being dependable, adaptable, and driven by a strong sense of responsibility. The lessons I've learned continue to guide my actions, influence how I lead, and inspire how I show up for others every day.
