• communicating with customers about their vehicle repair needs and relaying information to the Service Technicians.
• greeting customers and helping them determine repairs and relevant costs.
• maintaining up-to-date and contacting customers to update them about their vehicle’s repair status.

• Performs pick and shovel on construction sites, loads, and unloads stone, gravel, dirt, timber, steel reinforcement, heavy mechanical equipment, or tools to the appropriate locations.

• Follow supervisors' instructions as to which parts to restore or replace and how much times the job should take; review damage reports, prepare or review repair cost estimates.
