• Manage inventory to ensure efficient flow of finished goods within warehouse
• Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments including quantities and destinations
• Implement and maintain inventory using systems such as XNET, SAP, S4 HANNA, ICS, DRP and Power BI to track and facilitate operations
• Monitor and enforce protocols that ensure SAG SOX Compliance
• Maintain inventory accuracy by implementing reconciliation processes which quickly identifies inventory discrepancies
• Identify slow moving items and work closely with Product Supply to ship product to prevent stales accumulation

• Perform counts and ensure all inventory is accounted for and reported accordingly to company policy
• Maintain adequate inventory levels to meet customer demands
• Investigate and correct discrepancies in reported quantities and locations of all inventory
• Assess inventory output on daily basis to identify trends in productivity
• Check date-sensitive products for expiration and facilitate removal of product as needed
• Provide inspired leadership for organization
• Make important policy, planning, and strategy decisions
• Assist with recruiting when necessary
• Help promote company culture that encourages top performance and high morale
• Identify and address problems and opportunities
• Support worker communication with management team.

unction Operating: select product from various locations using RF scanner/MHE equipment

• Transporting Merchandise: operate MHE to transport product to next designated location
• Inventory Control: verify product using JDE systems to accurately calculate all items throughout warehouse
• Training: train new hires in safe proper handling of MHE, RF scanner, order selecting and trailer loading/unloading using OSHA standard requirement guidelines
• Trailer Loading/Unloading: load full pallets onto trailers using MHE
• Hand stack cartons from trailer floor to create full pallets to be placed in designated locations
• Perform counts and ensure all inventory is accounted for and reported accordingly to company policy
