  • On the 18th of July 2015, I suffered a heart attack while out for a 4 mile run.
  • This was a life changing event.
  • I had a recent divorce and was in a transition stage in my life.
  • I had just started my first business and was looking forward too the positive change coming to my life.
  • After this, I was in and out of the hospital for tests and procedures for the next couple of months.
  • This event put a stop to my wellbeing and to my business.
  • It took me many years to get back on my feet and to feel healthy enough to get back to work.
  • This event taught me that life is short, we all have so much to offer each other.
