- Led a team to develop and install a game-changing internal cargo handling system for the Marine V-22 Osprey. Except follow-on program award in Q1 2026.. CuFE of $4.5M and contract for $20M.
- Contributed to long-term strategic planning as the Military VSL and Cargo Systems Senior Leadership Team.
- Led / Co-led eight (8) kaizen events focused on continuous improvement efforts, resulting in measurable gains in value stream efficiency And profitability.

- Managed the development and sales of a new 2.5" manual and powered pedestal table for use on Gulfstream, Falcon Jet, Embraer, Bombardier, and Cessna private jets. New sales totaled $12M. Still sold today
