  • In this Role, I was in charge of the company’s Financial Intelligence Department, Market research Department, Business Intelligence Project Teams and also Corporate Planning and Business strategy Units for their Nigerian market.
  • As the BI Project Leader I managed the development and implementation of 4 Business intelligence and analytics briefs from client’s organizations in the last 10 years. My Core functions in them included defining project goals and timelines, turning goals into quantitative and qualitative expressions, managing project development timelines, managing hardware and software partnerships, determining adequacy of hardware and software’s, optimization of team allocations and onboarding of users onto the new platforms.
