  • Serves as DISS security officer administrator for Simulation Center (Sim Center).
  • Manages Visit Requests for all customers and coordinates with SMDC front desk for all Sim Center users to have access to main building.
  • Manages the DD form 2875 (System Authorization Access Request) process for multiple systems, both classified and unclassified. Ensures that all training requirements are completed before creating tickets to notify System Admins for account modification.
  • Manage the account creation and removal of 9 DoD Information Systems, both classified and unclassified, for all users and privileged users. Upload the privileged user account documents into eMASS as an artifact and link them to the proper controls.
  • Helps manage the Simulation Center Control Desk. Which includes tracking all employees and visitors upon entrance and exit. Control of over 300 passwords for multiple classified and unclassified networks, help conduct monthly classified media audits and annual unclassified audits.
  • Review and update cyber policies for annual Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V). Updates test control responses for system within eMASS in preparation for SCA-V/Os.
  • Coordinate command wide destruction runs for all classified information that needs to be incinerated.
  • Review STIG checklist and import them into eMASS. Create or update POAMs for any open findings.
  • Perform filing maintenance daily, ensuring files are properly filed in the correct location.
  • Chosen by the Project Manager to work on special projects directed for the Commanding General.
  • Appointed Alternate S/AAAs responsible for providing computational resources to Department of Defense (DoD) scientists and engineers. Making sure users are properly credentialed and allocation are done correctly to HPC systems.
