Charlie Baker

Began as a maintenance worker at Davis Park for two years. Advanced to crew leader at St. Augustine Little League for seven years with employee training experience. Other job responsibilities include lining fields, laying out football fields, irrigation, overseeing major projects, light projects, field renovations, and much more. Current position is turf technician. Responsibilities include preparing and maintaining all grass fields and clay fields by replacing sod, slicing fields, aeration, building mounds, and helping other team members with projects.

Residential and commercial landscaping, removing sod and laying new sod, planting trees, and shrubs. Proficient in plant identification and native plants to Florida.

Reading blueprints, framing new houses, remodeling existing houses, etc.
