Charlie Frazier

My job as a substitute teacher is to enforce the classroom rules set by the teacher, so that students are on task, doing their work, and operating at a consistent level. I have led classroom discussions, guided students through their work, and assisted in any way I could.

During my time at James Avery, I learned how to work and communicate effectively with my co-workers. This job was my most adored job I have had; we were a family, and everyone enjoyed each other. I had tasks of assisting customers if they needed help. I kept the store organized and maintained a clean routine.
