  • Worked as the librarian's assistant in Robert Allerton Art Library inside of HOMA.
  • I helped to catalog books and assist visitors.
  • The program was created as a summer program but with permission from the Librarian I was able to continuing volunteering.

  • I learned how to balance a school life and a 40 hour week schedule.

  • Many of the customers were Korean so I often spoke with customers in Korean.

  • I was involved in youth volunteer program where we held a clothing and book drive to donate to communities around the island that were in need of those supplies.
  • I was in charge of leading the Media team. I created promotional posters for the drives. I also created a video at the end of our book drive showcasing the work we had done.
  • We met throughout the week to go through donations, clean, and sort them.
