  • During my time at Oscar Patterson Elementary the school was in Differentiated Accountability Status. The school was an "F" for two year and had to make at a "C" to stay open.
  • Worked closely with the principal and oversaw the MTSS process, Walk to Read using SRA, and created the schoolwide behavior plan that was implemented. The team was able to make a "C" and decreased the number of referral.
  • I continued to Manage Behavior Program. I supervise & maintain school’s facilities, assisted with teacher observations and evaluations,
  • Supervise school nurses, buses, cafeteria, custodial staff, and paraprofessionals.
  • At Rutherford I was the Assistant Administrator of the year in 2021- 2022. In addition I Oversaw safety and security at a school level, assisted the principal with facilitating PLCs and creating master schedules,
