- During my time at Oscar Patterson Elementary the school was in Differentiated Accountability Status. The school was an "F" for two year and had to make at a "C" to stay open.
- Worked closely with the principal and oversaw the MTSS process, Walk to Read using SRA, and created the schoolwide behavior plan that was implemented. The team was able to make a "C" and decreased the number of referral.
- I continued to Manage Behavior Program. I supervise & maintain school’s facilities, assisted with teacher observations and evaluations,
