Patient care of vitals, Accu check, Foley input/output, assist with repositioning patient and provide comfort during delivery, Duties include setting up instrument , supplies and equipment for both vaginal and cesarean section. Tasker for OR duties included opening up OR with supplies, Sutures, gloves, gown for doctor, Prepping patient prior to procedure. Assist surgical Tech with supplies also duty of counting laps used. Sterilization of instruments. Safety environment.

Provide direct patient care. Perform assessments including vital signs, Input/Output, IV removal, change dressing, range of motion, safe environment. Assist Nurse with care.

Delivered daily care to residents which included. bathing. dressing. assist feeding, transfer with equipment. and incontinence residents. Following up with family of residents progress. Safety environment,
