• Standardized and maintained data flow diagrams, system drawings, configuration records, and layout documentation for 10 cutter platforms, improving system consistency, accuracy, and ease of maintenance.
• Centralized and managed version-controlled documentation libraries (Word drafts and PDF deliverables) within the SeaWatch SharePoint portal, improving document traceability, accessibility, and audit readiness.
• Developed and updated visual technical content (diagrams, tables, charts, and graphics) that clarified administrative, operational, and troubleshooting procedures, reducing ambiguity and user errors during system deployment.
