- Administer medication, evaluate patient response, and when necessary provide supplemental treatment

- Provide policy guided care involving post operative, post procedural, and post cardiac catheterization patients
- Collaborate with case management and the physician team regarding patient placement upon discharge as well as arranging patient discharge independently
- Provide support and guidance to my peers and seniors as the designated Nurse Leader
- Work closely with physicians to create and manage distinct care plans for all patients
- One on one communication with the Chief Nursing Officer and Chief Medical Officer communicating hospital wide needs in the absence of management
