I've been a CNA 8 years. Since I was a child I've always wanted to be in the medical field. Its been a long journey but I wouldn't trade it for nothing. I work hard to take care of my residents and try to meet every need I can meet while I'm in their presence. I hope to go further in my career and become a RN.
My responsibilities as a CNA is to help the residents with their daily adls, encourage their independence and dignity. Also, make sure that the residents feel comfortable as they can be.
Checked patient vitals such as temperature, blood pressure, and blood sugar levels.
