Property Manager Duties
Operations & Executive Support (Additional Duties for oil and gas division within the same company)
• Serve as a strategic operations partner to executive leadership, supporting high-priority initiatives, operational planning, and cross-department coordination.
• Manage executive workflows, project timelines, and key approvals to ensure critical business initiatives and operational priorities remain on schedule.
• Coordinate communications and operational activities between leadership, internal teams, and external partners.
Strategic Project & Business Operations
• Support development initiatives and infrastructure projects by coordinating vendor engagement, contract documentation, and project logistics.
• Assist leadership with budget coordination, vendor quotes, payment approvals, and cost tracking for major operational initiatives.
• Maintain detailed tracking systems for projects, approvals, and operational milestones to improve visibility and executive decision-making.
Cross-Functional Coordination
• Facilitate collaboration across internal teams, external partners, and international offices to support project execution and operational continuity.
• Support leadership with meeting preparation, reporting, and operational follow-ups to ensure alignment across strategic initiatives.
