My primary responsibility is to assist in the production of various parts of the Model Y.

Key Duties of a production associate is to prepare and assemble doors according to Tesla standards. This can include sorting, quality, validating, accuracy and building buffer for the next day.

As, an Acting Production Lead, my key roles are scheduling, Training, supervising and overseeing the associates and ensure they are working efficiently and safely.

I maintain accurate records and documentation for our parts and other potential issues. This also includes assigning tasks and distributing manpower.

I own and manage a cleaning service of 14 years for residential make ready.

I assign task, investigate client complaints , order supplies, and create schedules. I maintain payroll and calculate gross pay.

My job responsibilities are leading the housekeeping team and ensuring the team comply with high standards of cleanliness and sanitation protocol.

I ensure residential areas are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. This also includes dusting, sweeping, moping, disinfecting and at times removing trash.

• Trained new employees in assembly skills to improve team production levels.
• Conducted research and development on new components and technologies, and created detailed reports outlining findings.
• Collaborated effectively with engineering teams for the development of custom cable solutions tailored to client specifications.
• Stayed up-to-date on electrical codes and safety procedures to maintain efficiency and safety.

The responsibilities include overseeing electrical work, ordering material, and ensuring electrical safety rules are followed. including proper safety gear.

Scheduling and planning production for special orders where TQM procedures are needed. Testing and Data analysis , supporting the engineers and final inspections.
