Cleared and organzied the backroom in preparation for truck delivery.
Monitored truck delivery to make sure inventory was correct and to see if the unloader placed the merchandise in the corrects spots.
Downstacked the boxes off the pallets and put them on the assembly line where then several co-workers and I would unbox and separate items into their proper departments. We also attached price tags and labels accordingly.
After merchandise was properly processed, we would take them out to the floor and stock the shelves, providing customer service along the way. We also frequently moved tables, shelves, and fixtures according to manager orders. Generally, this involved seasonal items and categories based on time of year and amount of inventory for the day.
Processed clothes, luggage, and shoes and took them out to the floor when ready. Handled expensive items with care.
Added security tags to many items to maintain a safe environment. Swept, handled trash, and reported broken items both from the truck and in store. Also, added price tags for customers who wanted to buy an item without a price.
Gave directions to newcomers and more experienced co-workers when they didn't know what to do.

Lights in bushes, plants, and on the lawn.
.Worked with co-workers for efficient electrical laying.
Learned to operate ladder, power drill, ratchet, pliers, rock breaker, leveler, and other tools.
Dug holes in customer's backyard to place straight poles which we then added hanging lights to.
Painter/General Warehouse Laborer
1st Employment Staffing
Fayetteville, AR
03.2023 - 10.2023
My first job for the agency was painting the parking garage for the downtown square. I re-coated and recolored the stairs, poles, handlebars, walkways, and walls. The green stairs were painted black. The already black stairs and walkways were re-coated. I re-coated the dirty white walls with more white, etc. I did this job until I finished. (About 2 months)
My second job was at a company called Eco Tech, a plastic recycling company. I loaded and unloaded trucks of plasticware all day. I did this job for about a month before they laid us all off because they did not need us anymore. Just thought I should mention this experience even though it was not very long. I should mention that this job was through another employment agency called Express Employment in Springdale, Arkansas. (479) 756 - 1255.
This third job was with 1st Employment again and I worked with the company Hiland Dairy, a huge milk processing plant firm. I was essentially a general laborer that put milk on the assembly line, pulled it off the line, and prepared it for the truck delivery guys. It was a fairly easy job but not so easy because it was very physical, cold, and the machines broke down fairly often so I had to fix them. I worked there for 5 months.
