My primary interests lie with nuclear energy. This interest began early with my grandfather, who was a nuclear engineer himself. He spoke highly of it and impressed upon me not only its capabilities now, but also its potential in the future. To that end, I would be elated to do almost anything relating to nuclear energy, though studying TRISO fuel, a topic introduced to me by my research director, LTC Rahon, would be my first choice.
