Music:  Singing songs is enjoyable and helps express feelings. Listening to different types of music can make me feel happy, relaxed, or energized. 

Video Games: Playing video games is fun and exciting. It lets me enter virtual worlds where we can solve puzzles, and explore new places. Video games also allow me work on certain skills such as: Problem-solving, hand-eye coordination, quick decision-making, teamwork and collaboration, strategic thinking, and many more.

Exercise: Exercising involves moving my body to stay healthy. Many activities like running, or working out make me feel good and improve my fitness. Exercise also helps me relieve stress and sleep better.

Woodworking: Woodworking is satisfying to create objects like furniture or decorations with my hands. Woodworking teaches me patience, craftsmanship, creativity, and attention to detail.

Cooking: Cooking means preparing delicious meals using ingredients like vegetables, meat, and spices. It's enjoyable to try new recipes and flavors. Cooking also helps me eat healthier.
