• Followed behavior plans and supported data taking to help students reach life skill goals. Trainings on how to best reach our more behavioral challenged students.

Under the guidance of Resource room teacher school approved curriculum, I created lesson plans as well as materials to best suit the needs of my students learning 1:1 or group learning. Creating a nurturing environment and formed student teacher relationships to get students to work their best through hard days and succeed.

Assisted teacher and students with needs pertaining to education ages 15-19 within Detention/Treatment center.

Cultivated relationships to provide both comfort and education to students diverse background.

Taught and managed several classes for students that had a requirement from judge of graduating to complete treatment or sentence.

Trained for how to handle and understand different types of gangs and gang members in order to teach them best and buy them into school and treatment programs

Worked closely and collaborated with principal and each member of my school team to keep safety a priority and manage best teaching/learning practices on a daily basis.

Using reading curriculum and guidance from resource room teacher, taught students 1:1 the reading skills they needed to succeed.
