I have problem solved each of those calls, whether it was sending IT to customers homes to fix their cable/internet issues, to as simple as adding or upgrading a customer current internet or cable service! I have made payment on customers pass due amounts on their spectrum services. I have also placed orders such as mobile devices for customers who was having issues placing it their self.
