Marina/Domestic Laborer duties included:

-Providing cooked meals for crew of 15 (e.g. breakfast, lunch, dinner)

-Assisting with docking procedures and launching vessels

-Organizing grocery pickup by plane.

-Demonstrating flexibility with shifting responsibilities based on project needs, contributing to overall productivity levels.

-Assisting Supervisor with household chores such as cleaning, laundry, weekly gas fill up of all vehicles, etc.

Maintenance Crew duties included:

-Monitoring all pumps, gauges, pipes, and any machinery to ensure proper working order

-Escorting disruptive guests off property in a safe and respectable manner

-Ensure main generator is not overheating/ leaking while inspecting oil temperature gauge every two hours

-Labor duties such as shoveling snow, chipping ice, clearing snow from rooftops, light vehicle maintenance, hauling garbage to incinerator, replacing frozen door handles, maintaining fire alarms, ensure Ice Museum is appropriate temperature

-Assisting with installations including sinks, washer/dryer repair, flooring, etc.

Labor/Shop Hand duties include:

-Stacking 40lb pellet bags onto pallets in a timely manner to ensure quota for the day

-Operating forklift/Zoom Boom to relocate different objects and materials around pellet mill yard

-Shoveling, sweeping, mopping, and dusting to maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

-Performing labor duties at the kiln and assisting supervisors accordingly
