I worked at the Law Office of Kanner & Pintaluga as a Medical Records Specialist. My job was to collect the records and bills for our clients that have been in an accident whether it was auto, workers comp. or slip and fall. Occasionally I would call providers and ask for the fax, email or mailing address on how they accepted records request. I often used MS Excel, Outlook, Adobe, MS Word, Ciox, MRO, and CNG on a daily. I worked alongside Attorneys and Case Managers to make sure we were keeping up with the clients and contacting all the providers that they went to, to better help their case and close them out as soon as possible.
During my time working for Vista Motors BMW in Coconut Creek, I was a service coordinator. I made and sent emails, texts, and cold called customers to inform them on the maintenance service or recall due on their vehicles. I would set up the date and times with their requested advisors, and contact the customers the day before to remind them of their appointments for the following day. I was also in charge of a team of other service coordinators like myself, and I would make sure that all the customers were being contacted in a timely manner by my team and that they were doing it correctly.
As I worked at Lexx Healthcare, I worked for a provider agency and my job was to help licensed providers make appointments for a job that they are interested in and/or qualified for. I would then inform them of where the job was located, inform them of a few requirements of taking the job and advise them of the pay for the traveling position. If they were interested, I would then send them to my recruiting manager to fill out the paperwork to further their start for that position that I referred to the qualified candidate for.
When working for this car dealership, I took inbound calls, made outbound calls and helped customers from 6 different locations to make appointments for service on their vehicles. I would answer questions and connect customers to their service advisors when necessary. I also informed customers on whether their vehicles were ready for service and informed if they had a recall on their car as well. The stores I did service for were Audi Fort Lauderdale, Coral Springs and Lakeland in FL then Audi Livermore and Oakland in California and Livermore Honda in California as well.
When going back to work for Blue Cross Blue Shield, I was now helping and assisting the 65 and older members for the company. I helped members find primary care physicians in their area, helped the members with their Medicare benefits, filed claims, checked for medical authorizations, spoke with pharmaceutical doctors for insurance information on drug coverage for the customers and helped them make payments towards their insurance as well.
When working for Apple, my job was to help customers with any troubleshooting and repair issues that they had with their cellular device, Mac Desktops, and Apple watches. I made sure to provide the customers with great service and handled every concern with care.
My job working for Blue Cross Blue Shield Individual plans, consisted on helping customers find primary care physicians in their area, helped with their benefits, make payments on their health plans, and signed customers up for new plans every Open Enrollment period.

My job was to greet the customers that walked in, ask them if they needed any help or asked what exactly they were shopping for that day. I would also help the customers get the sizes in the merchandise they needed that would be available in store. At times working the cash register was another role I took on when employed at this retail store.
